- (d) Permanent prohibition from using the Platform.

4.1 Monthly Session Limit: Each User shall be entitled to book and attend a maximum of one (1) Assessment Session per calendar month. This limitation is implemented to:
- (a) Ensure equitable access to Assessment Sessions for all registered Users;
- (b) Allow adequate preparation time between assessments;
- (c) Maintain the quality and integrity of the assessment process.
4.2 Additional Session Request: Notwithstanding clause 4.1, a User may request approval to attend one (1) additional Assessment Session within the same calendar month by:

Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of booking privileges.
4.4 Carryover Prohibition: Unused session entitlements shall not carry forward to subsequent months. Each calendar month commences with a fresh allocation of one (1) session.
5. Offer Letter Acceptance and Withdrawal
5.1 Binding Commitment Upon Offer Acceptance: Upon receipt of an Offer Letter from a Partner University and your acceptance thereof (whether express or implied through continued engagement with the admission process), you acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) You have entered into a binding commitment to pursue admission at that Partner University;
- (b) Withdrawal from the admission process is restricted as set forth in clause 5.2;
- (c) The Company and Partner University have relied upon your commitment in allocating resources and admission places.
5.2 Permitted Grounds for Withdrawal:
Withdrawal from an accepted Offer Letter shall only be permitted where the User can demonstrate, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, one or more of the following valid reasons:
- (a) Medical Grounds: Serious illness or medical condition affecting the User or an immediate family member, supported by certified medical documentation;
- (b) Financial Hardship: Unforeseen and significant change in financial circumstances that renders the User unable to meet tuition or living expenses, supported by documentary evidence;
- (c) Force Majeure: Events beyond the User's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions affecting the User's country of origin or destination;
- (d) Visa Denial: Final rejection of a student visa application by the relevant immigration authority, provided the User has complied with all application requirements;
- (e) Bereavement: Death of an immediate family member (parent, spouse, child, or sibling) occurring after offer acceptance.
5.3 Withdrawal Procedure: Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to compliance@unizep.com accompanied by all relevant supporting documentation. The Company shall review such requests within fourteen (14) business days and communicate its decision in writing.
5.4 Consequences of Unauthorized Withdrawal: Withdrawal without valid reason or proper authorization may result in:
- (a) Forfeiture of any fees or deposits paid;
- (b) Liability for administrative costs incurred by the Company and Partner University;
- (c) Notation on your Profile that may affect future applications;
- (d) Potential legal action for breach of contract.
6. Exclusivity During Visa Processing
6.1 Exclusivity Covenant: Once you have received an Offer Letter and the Company or its authorized agents have commenced the Visa Process on your behalf, you hereby covenant and agree that:
- (a) You shall not initiate, pursue, or engage in any parallel application process with any other university, educational institution, or immigration pathway;
- (b) You shall not accept offers from or engage with competing recruitment agencies or educational consultants;
- (c) You shall devote your full cooperation and attention to completing the visa application process with the Partner University for which visa processing has commenced.
6.2 Rationale for Exclusivity:
This exclusivity requirement exists because visa processing involves significant investment of resources, including but not limited to: preparation of Confirmation of Enrolment documents, financial guarantee arrangements, accommodation bookings, and correspondence with immigration authorities. Parallel applications undermine this process and may constitute visa fraud in certain jurisdictions.
6.3 Commencement of Visa Process: For the purposes of this clause, the Visa Process shall be deemed to have commenced upon the earlier of:
- (a) Payment of any visa-related fees or deposits;
- (b) Submission of financial documents for assessment;
- (c) Issuance of a Confirmation of Enrolment or equivalent document;
- (d) Written confirmation from the Company that visa processing has begun.
6.4 Breach of Exclusivity: Any breach of the exclusivity covenant shall entitle the Company to:
- (a) Immediately terminate all services and support;
- (b) Recover all costs and expenses incurred in the visa process;
- (c) Notify Partner Universities and relevant immigration authorities of the breach;
- (d) Pursue legal remedies for breach of contract and any resulting damages.
7. Profile Retention and Deletion Policy
7.1 Pre-Assessment Deletion: Prior to entering any virtual meeting room for an Assessment Session, you may request deletion of your Profile and all associated data by submitting a written request to compliance@unizep.com. Such requests shall be processed within thirty (30) days.
7.2 Mandatory Retention Period (IMPORTANT):
Upon entering a virtual meeting room for an Assessment Session with a University Representative, your Profile and all associated data shall be retained for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of such session and cannot be deleted during this period.

- (b) Be excluded from promotional activities and marketing communications;
- (c) Be prevented from booking new Assessment Sessions;
